Chokladbollar
Igar gjorde jag inte mindre an 187 chokladbollar som jag bjod folket pa SKF pa idag. Jag var riktigt orolig att dessa onyttigheter skulle vara FOR nyttiga for engelskmannen. Det ar ju trots allt havregryn i, vilket bara saljs till grot har. Det verkar som att i alla fall vissa, aven om alla givetvis sa att de var goda, uppskattade dem. Nu har jag suttit och skrivit ett recept till dem pa engelska eftersom jag inte kunde hitta det nagonstans pa internet.
Swedish chocolate balls (30 pieces)
Ingredients:
100 gram butter
1 dl sugar
3 dl oatmeal (as used in porridge)
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons cold, strong, black coffee
Coconut flakes
Put the sugar, oatmeal and cocoa powder in a big bowl and mix them together. Cut the butter into pieces and put them in the bowl as well. Use your hands to squeeze everything together until no lumps of butter are visible. Then put in the coffee and mix everything together. When done, make equal sized bolls and roll them in the coconut powder. The balls need to be kept in the fridge at least 30 minutes before eaten or until you serve them.
